The Tooling department is the centre of all Groppalli know-how where the most advanced technologies can be found, this strategic department is entrusted with the implementation of ideas and new projects that come from the R&D center through the construction of moulds.

Thanks to cutting-edge machineries and a highly specialized team of engineers the company designs, manufactures and tests block, step and progressive moulds for cold metal sheet, as well as thermoplastic injection moulds and aluminium die-casting moulds, which will then be used in the automated in-house production lines.
