D.E.A. (Extruded Aluminium Division) is part of the Groppalli Group: a young and dynamic company, which ranks among the most important European producers of extruded profiles in different alloys and for all the application fields of aluminium. Thanks to a wide range of customized products, D.E.A. offers the right solutions for the mechanical, electrical, building, interior design, accessories, automotive and lighting sectors.

D.E.A. currently has two manufacturing facilities, in Italy and Turkey, covering a total area of 30,000 sm. Its yearly extrusion capacity amounts to 22,000 tonnes and 95% of its production is exported throughout the European Union.

D.E.A. is specialized in the design, production and finishing of aluminium profiles, tailor-made according to the customers’ needs.
Thanks to high technological investments and its know-how, Groppalli takes care of the whole manufacturing process, from the extrusion to the mechanical machining up to the finishing, while offering high flexibility, high-quality products and excellent services.
To ensure the highest efficiency and the fastest delivery time, D.E.A. relies on an integrated logistics system allowing to pre-wrap and package profile kits, manage the stock and the picking process.

THE RIGHT PROFILE FOR ANY APPLICATION

D.E.A. manufactures unique tailor-made products, designed and customized according to the customers’ needs. This goes hand in hand with a wide range of standard extruded aluminium profiles which can be personalized upon request: from very narrow profiles to products with wide dimension sections. In addition, D.E.A. offers a complete range of machining services throughout the whole production cycle, including cutting to size, progressive die cutting, milling, punching, tumbling, threading and material coupling, but also surface treatments, such as powder coating and oxidation. This way, the finished product requested by the customer is obtained directly from the extruded material.

The advanced technology and the continuous innovation used in every manufacturing process allow to develop and manufacture extruded profiles in high-quality aluminium alloys (EN AW- 1050, 6060, 6063, 6005A, 6082, 6061, 6101, 3003, 3103). Thanks to its three new installations with different tonnages, D.E.A. aims at being one of the most innovative and efficient companies of the sector at European level.
