Groppalli is committed to playing an active role in climate protection, by increasing energy efficiency during production processes, developing sustainable products and - in addition to having achieved the ISO 14001:2015 environmental certification - generating energy in an independent and sustainable way, by using renewable sources.

Social Sustainability
Within the scope of its activities, Groppalli has always been committed to creating an inclusive working environment that aims at reducing inequalities and ensures long-term well-being for the entire community.
With this in mind, since the early 2000s, the company has been supporting local social cooperatives, committed to the employment of vulnerable individuals.
In this view, a small production department was specifically thought, designed and developed to employ people with disabilities, according to adequate safety and inclusion protocols.
Support for sports activities
Investing in young people today means contributing to the growth of responsible citizens of tomorrow. For this reason, Groppalli supports and encourages local sports associations aimed at promoting sport and its universal values among young athletes.
