Profiles and connections made from compatible materials
We offer a comprehensive range of fastening profiles and connection systems made from materials that are compatible with one another — aluminium, hot-dip galvanised steel and stainless steel for nuts, bolts and screws. The correct combination of materials prevents the ‘battery effect’ (galvanic corrosion), ensuring maximum strength depending on the type of building and the conditions to which it is exposed. In-house manufacturing enables us to develop customised solutions and maintain a large stock ready for immediate delivery.

Applications
From domestic roofs to large industrial roofs
We manufacture Fastening Systems using components produced in-house, available in a range of materials and configurations to suit any project.
- Civil installations on tiled and metal-sheet roofs — 40×42 mm aluminium profiles, 2 mm thick; adjustable steel brackets with perforated plates, steel screws and nuts, aluminium clamps
- Industrial structures on corrugated sheet metal — 93×20 mm aluminium profiles, 1.8 mm thick; aluminium clamps and stainless steel fasteners
- Hybrid roofing — hot-dip galvanised steel profiles, 41×41 mm; aluminium clamps, stainless steel nuts and bolts
On request, we provide pre-assembly of the systems and on-site installation support, as well as a seismic assessment carried out by experts selected by Groppalli or in collaboration with the client’s engineers. Under correct conditions of use, the quality of our fastening systems is consistent with the life cycle of the photovoltaic modules.
