Aesthetic and structural customisation solutions for aluminium shutters and blinds, designed to overcome on-site constraints: curved and out-of-square shutters, featuring motorised operation and concealed fittings. Optimised for quick replacement on existing hinges thanks to the flexibility of the internal aluminium extrusion.
What does it involve?
Precision fitting and special geometries
- Mechanical adjustment: millimetre-precise customisation of the height of the hinges to fit the existing wall-mounted hinges, with the fastening holes on the frame calibrated to the design specifications.
- Special shapes: out-of-square, arched or custom-shaped shutters and blinds to fit any arch — round, lowered or pointed.
- Automation and accessories: motorised shutters with internal gear motors and mechanical shutter stops that retract completely into the profile.
- Customisable configurations: sliding systems of all types (external or flush with the wall), special openings and hybrid or customised panelling available on request.

Internal aluminium extrusion system designed for blackout blinds
In-house manufacturing of profiles in Borgonovo (PC) allows us to modify the extrusion dies for shutters and frames from the ground up, thereby avoiding the dimensional limitations of standard commercial bars. It is this direct control that makes millimetre-precise customisation and non-standard geometries possible.
