Groppalli aluminium shutters comprise a comprehensive range of customisable shading systems, ranging from classic fixed slats — open or solid — to adjustable, sliding systems or traditional-style door variants. They allow you to control the amount of natural light entering a room and ensure privacy, whether in standard or made-to-measure configurations.
What does it involve?
A model for every hole, over 20 types of opening
We work with both an extensive standard range and bespoke solutions, offering customisable dimensions and the option to incorporate different types of openings within the same building, with no design restrictions.
- Margherita — fixed open louvre: 50 mm round slats, pre-tilted to ensure a constant flow of air and filtered light.
- Ninfea — fixed, closed slats: blind oval slats, providing almost total blackout for rooms.
- Girasole — adjustable oval slats: manual adjustment of the slats, from full light to complete darkness.
- Ginestra — Genoese style: a classic vent that opens outwards to regulate airflow and light without opening the sash.
- Oak — historic armoured: a tight-fitting interlock between extruded slats, echoing the design of traditional wooden Windows & Shutters.
- Edera — sliding system: slides sideways along the ceiling or wall; can be fitted to all models to minimise the space taken up.
The catalogue features over 20 types of opening mechanisms, available in all RAL colours and with wood-effect, gloss and matt finishes. The shutters meet the required standards for air permeability, watertightness and wind load resistance, in accordance with current regulations.

Each shutter can be customised to fit any architectural opening, whether in a wall or within a frame, including Sliding systems, and can be fitted with accessories that enhance security and offer greater configuration options. The paint finishes are guaranteed for up to 15 years against the effects of the elements.
The technical department supports the customer with design and engineering, the bespoke configuration of sashes and finishes, precision manufacturing and secure delivery logistics. Thanks to our in-house Aluminium Extrusion process, we have direct control over raw materials, quality, the manufacturing process and costs.

- Modern residential buildings and villas (Recommended models: Girasole, Margherita, Edera): new builds where dynamic light control and the optimisation of outdoor spaces are key.
- Harsh climatic conditions (across the entire range): high sun exposure, salt spray and humidity, where Aluminium provides the stability and durability that wood does not offer.
