Accessories for pellet-fired heaters

Rigid, single-walled, insulated flue pipes and Flue Systems for flue gas evacuation from pellet stoves: enamelled steel, AISI 316L stainless steel and mild steel, with CE marking in accordance with EN 1856-2.

The solution

What does it involve?

The Pellet Range comprises rigid, single-walled flue pipes and Flue Systems, specifically designed for the extraction of products of combustion from pellet stoves, alongside a range of insulated flue pipes to suit every type of installation. The materials are joined using elastomeric gaskets that ensure an optimal seal:

  • Enamelled steel: high heat resistance, combined with silicone gaskets.
  • AISI 316L stainless steel: high resistance to corrosion caused by acid condensation, in a black-painted finish.
  • Mild steel: for the structural and rigid components of the single-skin and insulated systems.

The main product types in the range:

  • Extensions and spurs: rigid linear modules for the vertical extension or horizontal displacement of flue ducts.
  • Elbows: 45° and 90° with male/female connections, including inspection elbows for periodic checks and cleaning.
  • T-fittings: branch fittings with a blind plug and silicone gaskets for collecting condensate.
  • Vertical outlets: roof outlet in black-painted AISI 316L stainless steel, available in a standard version, a wind-resistant version or with a rain cap.
  • Connection and fastening accessories: wall clamps and connecting sleeves for structural anchoring.
Why choose it?

What makes it distinctive

  • Complete airtightness: the high-quality silicone gaskets ensure a perfect gas seal and prevent the escape of ash and fine particles.
  • High-quality aesthetic finish: enamelled and painted in matt black to complement modern, exposed pellet stoves.
  • Serviceability: dedicated components (drain plugs and accessible bends) for quick and clean maintenance.
  • Easy to install: the quick-connect system ensures precise connections and reduces installation time.

Every production decision is guided by the aim of ensuring quality, safety and reliability, with CE marking in accordance with standard EN 1856-2. Investments in highly automated technologies — powder coating and laser welding — ensure stable joints and flawless finishes, in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
