The new 80 mm diameter female/female polypropylene coupling

GROPPALLI (opens in a new tab) presents the new 80 mm diameter female/female polypropylene coupling, designed to solve a twofold problem that fitters face on a daily basis:

1. Recovery of the male/male tube sections left over from cutting extension tubes to size, which were previously discarded. Now, thanks to the female/female coupling, they can be reused as male/female extension tubes.
2. Solving the significant problem of thermal expansion in installations, which causes the pipes to lengthen. The coupling is specifically designed to absorb this movement thanks to its extension capacity of up to 11 cm. This prevents dangerous deformation and breakage of the system.

This joint is a completely new product on the market and is characterised by:

• Simplicity and speed of installation.
• A manual safety lock that ensures a tighter seal at the joint.
• A flue direction indicator, printed with an arrow directly on the component, which helps the installer ensure correct fitting.
• A design that ensures the correct containment of condensate.
