About us
A young and dynamic company within the Groppalli Group
The Aluminium Extrusion Division (D.E.A.) was established in 2010 with its first factory equipped with an extruder in Turkey, Groppalli Alüminyum. In 2023, the second plant dedicated to Aluminium Extrusion was opened in Italy, in Borgonovo Val Tidone.
Today, Groppalli D.E.A. Italia and Groppalli Alüminyum A.S. in Turkey are reliable industrial partners for numerous sectors requiring high-precision extruded aluminium profiles, thanks to the careful selection of raw materials and comprehensive control over the entire production process. Manufacturing is based exclusively on 6000 series aluminium alloys — 6060, 6005, 6063, 6082, 6463, 6101 — chosen for their balance of mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and workability.

6000-series alloys for sustainable manufacturing
6000-series aluminium is a key material in the circular economy: it is 100% recyclable, endlessly, without ever losing its properties. The remelting process requires up to 95 per cent less energy than primary manufacturing, significantly reducing CO₂ emissions.
Optimising the aluminium extrusion parameters minimises industrial waste, which is immediately reintroduced into the production cycle. Choosing our extruded products means adopting high-precision engineering solutions that make a tangible contribution to reducing the carbon footprint.
