A newly designed heat exchanger for high-efficiency condensing boilers, FUNDED BY THE POR FESR

Groppalli’s focus on energy efficiency and the containment of manufacturing costs throughout the funded project aims to provide customers with products featuring technological solutions that are more cost-effective and more efficient than similar products currently available on the market.

The pilot moulds produced for the prototype components were designed and developed using technologically advanced solutions drawn from Groppalli’s decades of experience in this sector; furthermore, the purchase of state-of-the-art tooling, such as the laser welding station used to weld metal plates and discs, has enabled the in-house production departments to become more competitive.

Advances in the technological supply chain of the thermohydraulic sector will enable us to supply boiler manufacturers with a constantly evolving product that offers key features enhancing its value, such as reduced cost and smaller dimensions.   Thermal performance will be definitively verified in conjunction with customers’ boiler models to compare the results and, where necessary, further improve performance based on the project’s initial specifications.
