Since 1977, the technological heart of Groppalli
In business since 1977, the Mould Construction Division Groppalli brings its experience and expertise to the design and engineering of block, step and progressive dies for cold sheet metal processing, as well as thermoplastic injection moulds and aluminium die-casting dies.
This strategic department is responsible for bringing to life, through moulds, the ideas and new designs that emerge from the research and development centre: this is where all the company’s Know-how and cutting-edge technology are concentrated.

It comprises over 20 state-of-the-art machines, which we use to design and manufacture your moulds with the utmost precision.
AgieCharmilles GF MIKRON HPM1200HD
High-performance vertical CNC machining centre for high-speed milling and maximum precision. It guarantees excellent surface finishes even on extremely hard materials such as stainless steel, making it ideal for the manufacture of extrusion dies and mould inserts.
DMG MORI DMU 105 monoBLOCK
A state-of-the-art 5-axis simultaneous machining centre. It is ideal for milling complex three-dimensional geometries and large components in a single set-up, ensuring maximum precision and eliminating realignment errors.
Fanuc R-2000iB robot
High-precision industrial robotic arm for serving EDM cells. It handles components in process fluids and pallet storage systems, optimising production cycles whilst ensuring complete safety.
CNC lathe
Automated machine tool for chip-removal processing. It produces cylindrical, conical or threaded components by rotating the workpiece against a fixed tool, ensuring millimetre-level geometric tolerances and the highest quality standards.
