Groppalli Srl is an Italian company founded in 1977 in Gragnanino, in the province of Piacenza. Over the years, it has evolved into an internationally recognised industrial group specialising in component manufacturing and solutions for a range of sectors.
For over forty years, the company has built its success on core values: Quality, Reliability and Customer Focus. Today, Groppalli Srl is organised into six specialised divisions: Flue Systems, Distribution, Mould Construction Division, Fastening Systems, Aluminium Extrusion and Windows & Shutters.

Our history
From 1977 to the present day
1977
Luciano Groppalli founded the company, which specialises in the manufacture of moulds.
2000
The first automated warehouse is installed.
2004
Acquisition of a company specialising in fastening systems manufacturing and the establishment of the Fastening Systems Division.
2007
International expansion of the Group with the opening of its first factory in Turkey.
2011
Construction of a new production plant in Turkey, specialising in Aluminium Extrusion.
2018
Expansion of the Groppalli Group with the acquisition of Gas Point Srl.
1995
Entry into the wall-mounted boiler components sector.
2003
Establishment of an in-house efficiency laboratory, in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano.
2005
Establishment of the Distribution Division.
2008
Acquisition of the Spanish company FIG S.L. and expansion of the Group’s international presence.
2016
Start of manufacturing of Aluminium Windows & Shutters and establishment of the Windows & Shutters Division.
2024
Construction of the new plant in Italy dedicated to Aluminium Extrusion and the establishment of the D.E.A. Division.
Our offices
An international production network
The company’s growth, driven by changing market requirements, has led to the development of an international production network with sites in Italy and Turkey, working in synergy to pool their engineering, technical and manufacturing expertise.
Groppalli Srl currently has four operational plants: two in Italy and two in Turkey, with its head office located in Gragnanino.
Groppalli Italy
Two branches in the province of Piacenza
Groppalli Italia comprises two operational and production sites located in the province of Piacenza: Gragnanino and Borgonovo.
Gragnanino’s historic headquarters
The main plant covers approximately 35,000 m² of production floor space and is the company’s historic headquarters. It houses two automated warehouses and the production lines for the Flue Systems, Mould Construction Division, Fastening Systems and Distribution divisions.
The plant is equipped with a modern fleet of machinery, including production lines dedicated to sheet metal stamping and bending. The facility is complemented by sales and technical offices, a test laboratory and the company’s management offices.
Borgonovo office
Launched in 2023, it covers approximately 22,000 m² of production space dedicated to Aluminium Extrusion and houses the production lines of the Aluminium Extrusion and Aluminium Windows & Shutters divisions. In 2026, work began on the installation of the second Extrusion plant.
Both Italian sites are equipped with photovoltaic systems: at the Borgonovo site, the installation is being expanded to include solar panels on the staff car park as well, with a view to further integrating renewable energy into production processes.

Two integrated production plants in the province of Düzce
The Groppalli Group operates in Turkey through two integrated production plants: Groppalli Alüminyum San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and Groppalli Isı Sistemleri San. Tic. A.Ş., which specialise in Aluminium Extrusion and the manufacturing of components for the Boiler industry, respectively.
Thanks to their strategic location and the comprehensive range of production processes — Aluminium Extrusion, press moulding, powder coating, anodising, Machining and finishing — the plants in Turkey provide vital support to the Italian sites, based on the same values of quality, reliability and innovation.
Groppalli Aluminium
Established to meet growing global demand, the Groppalli Alüminyum site covers a total area of 22,347 m², of which 9,957 m² is covered. It specialises in Aluminium Extrusion of high-precision aluminium profiles and offers a fully integrated production cycle.

- Production capacity: 11,280 tonnes per year (1,200 tonnes per month)
- Extrusion lines: 2 presses (5″, 2,640 tonnes per year, and 7″, 8,640 tonnes per year)
- Processing and finishes: electrostatic powder coating, anodising, precision cutting, solar panel production lines, eccentric presses and CNC machining centres

Founded in 2007 for Flue Systems manufacturing, Groppalli Isı Sistemleri is now recognised as a leading company in the Turkish market and has been chosen as a strategic partner by the leading boiler manufacturers. With a strong focus on exports, it ships its advanced solutions to numerous international markets.
