Flue Systems for conventional boilers
Flue Systems for the flue gas evacuation of traditional boilers and water heaters: single-wall, coaxial, flue kits and boiler outlet pipes, CE-marked in accordance with EN 1856-1.
What does it involve?
Groppalli’s Traditional Range comprises a wide range of flue systems designed for the discharge of products of combustion from traditional boilers and water heaters. All products undergo rigorous in-house testing and bear the CE mark. The range is divided into the following main categories:
- Rigid Single-Wall System: single-wall flue pipes in diameters of Ø 60, 80, 100, 110 and 125, with an aluminium tube and silicone gasket; also available in an insulated version.
- Accessories for open-chamber boilers: elbows (90° and 45°) and Ø 110 extension pipes made from white-painted electro-galvanised sheet metal.
- Coaxial system: concentric flue pipes Ø 60/100 and Ø 80/125, with an aluminium inner tube for flue gases and an outer tube made of electro-galvanised sheet metal for air.
- Boiler Outlet Line: splitters (Aluminium or Ryton/PP), pipe sections and flanged bends with inspection hatches and condensate traps, Ø 60/100 and Ø 80/80.
- Flue Gas Discharge Kit Range: complete, ready-to-install solutions, including horizontal kits (Ø 60/100) and kits for water heaters, complete with flue terminal, sleeve, clamp and finishing rosettes.
What makes it distinctive
- High heat resistance: safe operation in fumes of up to 200 °C without any structural changes.
- Leak-proof and durable: the socket joint and silicone gaskets ensure there are no leaks over time.
- Modularity and comprehensiveness: the range of diameters, bends, extensions and splitters provides a solution to any geometric or architectural constraint.
- Ease of maintenance: dedicated inspection components make it easier to carry out regular checks on the flue system.
The distinctive features of the product range are the result of the company’s dynamic investment in technology, which began as early as 1977: advanced materials such as aluminium for the flue pipes and silicone for the gaskets, with CE marking and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, guaranteeing reliability and sustainability.
Areas of application
- Traditional domestic boilers with sealed or open combustion chambers.
- Water heater for domestic hot water manufacturing.
- Flue ducts and linings for existing chimneys, as part of renovation and energy-efficiency improvement works on old heating systems.
